# createHotkeyRegistrations

Solid primitive that reactively reads every hotkey registration, chords and
sequences, from the singleton HotkeyManager. Narrow each view with `kind`.

This primitive does NOT require the HotkeysProvider.

## Returns

An accessor for all registrations, without callbacks

() => `HotkeyRegistrationView`[]
